Opening hours

Opening hours define when your location is open. They form the frame for when appointments can be booked online at all.

Per weekday

For each weekday you set whether you are open or not. Turn a day off completely when you are closed, for example on Sundays. On open days you enter the time span, for example 09:00 to 18:00.

Split hours

Several time spans per day are possible. You need this when you close at midday: instead of one continuous span you enter two.

Example for a day with a lunch break:

• 09:00 to 13:00
• 14:00 to 18:00

Use Add time range to add the second (or further) span. The gap in between, here 13:00 to 14:00, is then not bookable.

What the hours mean

These opening hours are the frame for online booking: outside them nobody can book an appointment. But they are only the outer cut. Whether a specific person is actually bookable also depends on their working hours. More on that under Team and working hours.
