Quickstart
nuvical is set up in six short steps. When you are done you have a location with opening hours, a bookable team member and a first service, everything needed for the first online booking.
Every step can be skipped. Nothing is final: you can change, extend or delete all of it later in the admin. Onboarding just lays down a clean foundation so you can get going right away.
The six steps
1. Company details
Your company name, contact email and country. The country sets the VAT rate and receipt format. See Company and location.
2. Location
Your first branch with address and phone number. Optionally a Google Maps link for coordinates and a review link. See Company and location.
3. Opening hours
Set for each weekday when you are open. Split hours with a lunch break are possible too. See Opening hours.
4. Brand
Accent color, logo and favicon. Defines how your booking flow and emails look. See Brand.
5. Team member
The first person who takes appointments. What matters most are the working hours, because without them nobody is bookable. See Team and working hours.
6. Service
Your first bookable service with name, duration and price. See Services.
After that
Once these six steps are in place, your location is bookable online. Everything else, more locations, more team, categories, variants and advanced flows, you build out in the admin at your own pace.
